Just like our Brick by Brick "face/facade" project in which we covered the surfaces of sketchup building models with our own photographic self-portraits, artist JR has covered rooftops with faces of women of Kibera. Water-resistant, the photos actually protect the rooves from rain. This work can be seen from space and from Google Earth!
